If you are looking to purchase a vehicle and you are local to PA or out of state like I was I can’t recommend All Things Automotive enough. They were nothing but transparent and honest throughout my entire process. Hannah Kling was my sales advisor and she was amazing. Her customer service and professionalism was truly impressive and ultimately was the reason I made the 4 hr trip down to do business with all things automotive. I was given videos of the truck in and out without even asking and was shown every ding and scratch on it before I even stepped foot on site. Every question I had for her was answered quick and nothing was hidden throughout the whole process. I never thought twice about doing a deal with them and I would 100% go back In the future. The sales manager Cole was also a huge help and was very honest and transparent when going through the final numbers. My conversations with Cole and Hannah were great and their customer service is why I went the route of buying with them. When going on the test drive and through all the paperwork Caleb was the man for that and kept that same standard through the whole process. He was helpful and easy to work with and had all my questions and concerns answered in a timely fashion. I can’t recommend all things automotive enough to anyone that is looking for a dealership to do business with they truly have me a great experience.

Shout out to Matt and his service department at All Things Automotive. My transmission went out of my Durango and had some other issues with it also. ATA was quick to pick it up. The process to get it fixed was a little lengthy only because of the warranty company I have from where I previously bought the vehicle from which wasn't ATA. But they replaced the tranny and fixed my other issues. When it was time to pick my vehicle back up I noticed something was wrong with the vehicle on the way home. Gave Matt a call and fixed it with no questions asked. I will honestly say Matt has been a great asset to All Things Automotive and I will continue to take my vehicles to him.
